Most recently in my career I have been a Chief Product Officer and software executive. I have worked in software and Product Management for over 20 years, with experience delivering and managing solutions and teams across product, marketing, design, innovation, technology, consulting, learning and development, sales engineering, sales operations, partnerships, and integrations.

I have achieved some great successes with the products and services I've created and launched together with fantastic and brilliant colleagues. Now, I'm shifting my attention to focus wholly on enabling your success. My coaching and facilitation practice is about you. I have felt the pressures and experienced the challenges you face today. Product Management
I have held increasingly senior roles in product for the majority of my career. I learned from some of the best in the industry at Adobe and Intuit, where product is defined by empowered and collaborative teams that dynamically integrate design, engineering and product. I've conceived, tested, built and launched numerous products that are in market today. As an executive, my product sense has been honed through a strong insights practice, and I have driven transformational change using clarity, collaboration, and communication.
Innovation Leadership
In addition to my many years of software innovation, I have been a thought leader and change agent at a major financial institution during a time of significant organizational transformation. Growth mindset, lifelong learning, and design thinking were all concepts I helped propagate into the culture of the organization through town hall presentations, panel discussions, and by integrating these into the daily work of the teams I managed.
Broad Competencies
I have been a coach and a mentor to many leaders and professionals across a broad scope of industries. I spent years in the field understanding what customers want, helping to sell the best solutions possible, and returning to implement those solutions and enable my customers. I have spoken at numerous conferences both on stage and in breakout and workshop sessions, and spent years delivering technical training as a classroom instructor. I have been an expert in live collaboration software training for over 15 years, and was a pioneer in live mobile learning.
